Phone Order Shipping Policy
All orders placed within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Estimated delivery time is within 2-3 weeks upon available stock (delivery time will vary based on your location). For international orders, you will need to contact us for a quote.
Phone Order Return Policy
If you order and receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We reserve the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization.
Returned items will be processed within 10 business days of receipt, and will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Business days do not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is delivered. If the issue is not reported to us within the 30 day time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
